Thank you for your query. The symptoms you're experiencing—throbbing headaches that occur after climbing stairs—could have multiple causes, including exertional headaches, dehydration, or even issues related to blood pressure or the sinuses. It’s important to assess whether the headache worsens with physical activity, any history of migraines, or any recent changes in your health. A detailed medical history and possibly some investigations will help in providing a more accurate diagnosis. I recommend staying hydrated, avoiding any strenuous activities for now, and noting any other symptoms such as dizziness or visual changes. However, for better evaluation and treatment, I would suggest you consult me further. You can reach me via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for more personalised advice and care.
