It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of lateral epicondylitis, commonly known as tennis elbow. This condition occurs due to overuse of the muscles and tendons around the elbow, even without direct injury. The pain usually worsens with movements like lifting, gripping, or straightening the arm. To manage the pain, you can try the following: - Rest your elbow from activities that worsen the pain, like lifting or repetitive movements. - Apply ice to reduce any inflammation. - Over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen may help manage the discomfort. However, it’s important to assess your condition more thoroughly to rule out other issues, such as nerve impingement or tendinitis. Please consult with me for a more personalised treatment plan, or you can reach out to me via WhatsApp on eight double zero nine eight two one triple three two.
