My aunt faces automatically closing of eyelids and Misalignment in jaws. She is having difficulty in speaking,talking and swallowing food. She always faces fatiuge and some time dilusion and brain fog. Doctors are clueless and all CT scan MRI are normal is this Miegie's syndrome? Who can confirm it? Is it curable?

I had 4.5 eye sight and squint eye. Shall I go for laser treatment to correct my eye sight.My LLR license application because of my eye sight of my right eye which is squint eye. Please suggest.
