I am having diabetes and high triglycerides. It is under control but I am not sure about consuming certain foods. Can I consume almonds and Peanuts ?

Hi doctor My mother 64 is having toxic thyroid goitre and by neomercazole the t3 t4 & tsh have come within normal limits . There are 5 nodules on both side and 3 are hot and mixed and two are follicular and non active .pt scan showed  3 hot nodules. Now my query is  the endocrine physician says it doesn't nod operatiobut endocrinal surgeon says it shd be ooeratef to avoid any complication in future. Please guide.what is the best possible option

My mother is having her tsh level is 6.5..and her age is 60..we tested bfr 2 months and it was normal but now it got slightly elvated..is 6.5 tsh is normal.at age of 60??pls guide me

Hi Sir. My father was taking Gluconorm G1 500 and single dose was sufficient to bring his diabetes under control. One of the doctors suggested a replacement to this medicine due to its side effects on creatine levels. At moment he is taking reclide xr 60 and 1 more in the afternoon. With this replacement his sugar levels are varying / increasing. The old tablet was considered suitable I.e. G1. Now the query is whether G1 impacts the creatine levels to be considered for alternate medicines?

My sister recently had test where TSH level is 10 bt T3 & T4 are normal. She is not showing any symptoms of thyroid. is that thyroid? N should start taking treatment for it?
