I am really upset with myself. My stomach has some gastro related problems which are worrying me a lot. As soon as I relieve myself I feel like relieving myself again and again. The gas passes through out the day which sometimes is very awkward and embrassing as I am in office or some other place. Kindly help. Taking medicines and have consultation from Dr Kunal Das in Noida. Tests conducted of vitamin b 12. Little on the lower side but not a cause of worry. Liver Elastography and ultrasound abdomen normal as per doctor. Kindly help to get some relief.

Diagnosed with autoimmune thyroditis. Dosage: thyronorm 25mcg, 1 tablet every day empty stomach Due to an unavoidable situation I did not have the medicine for 14days. And did a test before I could start the medicine again. Free T3 4.1 (3.5-6.5 pmol/L) Free T4 17.4 (11.5-22.7pmol/L) TSH 5.22 (0.35-5.5 microlU/ml) After that I started having the medicine. TSH used to be below 2.5 when I used to have medicines regularly. How long will it take for the TSH to get back to the normal values like before?

Hi doc, I recently came to know that I am dealing with pre diabetic stage, it is very early age to come so, I have joined in a gym to reduce my weight please suggest me some guidance to reverse my pre diabetic to normal range.

Hello sir /madam My mother has type 2 diabetes. And her medication are Istamet 50/500 mg, neurokind, benfomet, and today I got the below report. Please suggest me what type of medicines need to be taken to recover from diabetes. I have visited more than 10 doctors but I didn't see the  changes in her. And now she is comfort with Istamet, I am hoping that I will get a good suggestion from your end and also please provide her good diet. Thanks for understanding.

I have fatty liver and I'm taking care of it with duet and healthy lifestyle. I'm also having milk  thistle with dandelion from amway as supplement. By mistake I bought milk thistle plus which have turmeric as addon. Having milk thistle with turmeric will help or go against in case of fatty liver? I heard it can go wrong.

Hi, I had hypothyroidism since 20 year. All time normal with 25mg thronorm. But since last one year fluctuating. If 50mg taken then goes to lower than minimum. If 25mg continue then goes higher than maximum range. I tried by salt change from thyronorm to Eltroxin. But no relief. Please suggest. Regards Yamini
