Dear Doctor, I have my mother's health donecheck up and found out there are certain reports are high. I am mentioning the details below.RBC COUNT 5.15 Million/cu.mm, MCV 81, MCH 26.4, R.D.W 15.2 %, LYMPHOCYTES 3033.6, ESR (ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE) 32, PERIPHERAL SMEAR Test: Predominantly normocytic normochromic. GLUCOSE, FASTING 307, HbA1c, GLYCATED HEMOGLOBIN 11.8, ESTIMATED AVERAGE GLUCOSE (eAG) 292, TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 269 mg/dL TRIGLYCERIDES 199 mg/dL HDL CHOLESTEROL 41 mg/dL LDL CHOLESTEROL 188.2 mg/dL VLDL CHOLESTEROL 39.8 mg/dL CHOL / HDL RATIO 6.56. BILIRUBIN CONJUGATED (DIRECT) 0.40, ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE 153.00, PROTEIN, TOTAL 8.70, GLOBULIN 4.20, GLUCOSE in urine test is positive. Rest are all within range. can you please tell me what it signiies as we are worried

I wanted to know why my tsh level is 0.03 ..t3 is normal but t4 is bit high what it mean? Please suggest me on this.

My hba1c is 5.8 ad blood sugar level is 149 ...  What it indicates?? As am mom of 10 months baby and I breastfeed her...

Now on Medicine metformin 500mg sr + glimepiride 1mg,. Heart brun if medicine take before breakfast.., No acidity if i take medicines after breakfast,.. Can take medicines after breakfast?

Hi doctor I am 38yr old male father and suffering from diabetes and priformis syndrome. Just for an update got my medical examination done. Some of the areas are concern for me as figures in few testing are way beyond normal category. Have attached the examination report. Please have a look on it and help me getting everything in order. Thanks in advance. Current medication - ondreo met, evion Lc, Roseday, sartel am. Have been advised to take glucomet also in evening but very often i forgot to take it. My t3&t4 values are normal. And tsh is 7.19.i am using 25mcg.i felt anxiety and I have some eye problems like stye. Before checking my thyroid test i am good and happy. After that I am trying to research about thyroid on net... And felt that I may got graves dease. Please suggest me to relieve from everything

I am having diabetes and high triglycerides. It is under control but I am not sure about consuming certain foods. Can I consume almonds and Peanuts ?

Hi doctor My mother 64 is having toxic thyroid goitre and by neomercazole the t3 t4 & tsh have come within normal limits . There are 5 nodules on both side and 3 are hot and mixed and two are follicular and non active .pt scan showed  3 hot nodules. Now my query is  the endocrine physician says it doesn't nod operatiobut endocrinal surgeon says it shd be ooeratef to avoid any complication in future. Please guide.what is the best possible option
