My husband diagnosed with Blood Sugar Level of 400 and doctor suggested to take Glimepride IP 2 for the last 1 year .But still there is no any more changes in his blood sugar level and having a high level of thirst . Is there any side effect to taking this Gimipride IP 2 medicine ? Can anyone suggest the best medicine for the Sugar level of 400 ? He is 32 year old ,male ,married , no kids

Hi, i had increased weight gradually and had hair fall problem. I got thyroid function test done and found TSH to be 6.7, high while t3 and t4 to be in normal range. I consulted doctor and he started with thyroxine 25mg, but after few months due to my doctor's unavailability i had to go to another doctor who said i shouldn't have started with medication, so i stopped for an year. Now again I have told do a TSH test and again my TSH is hovering around 6.8 what should i actually do..? I'm confused

Amh - 2.91 Ng/ml FSH - 8.19miu/ml Lh-4.72 Prolactin- 15.05 Tsh-1.80 Again on 28 Oct 2018 Amh - 3.21 (by metropolis) Again on 11 Feb 2019 Amh- 2.37 ( by metropolis) Fsh- 5.11 Lh-3.76 Tsh-1.09 Thinking about the pattern of hormones, pls tell me, if my fertility is ok or in decline... Is it possible to see decline in Amh so much from 3.21 to 2.37, within 3 months... Or it can be lab mistake...
