Hello sir /madam My mother has type 2 diabetes. And her medication are Istamet 50/500 mg, neurokind, benfomet, and today I got the below report. Please suggest me what type of medicines need to be taken to recover from diabetes. I have visited more than 10 doctors but I didn't see the  changes in her. And now she is comfort with Istamet, I am hoping that I will get a good suggestion from your end and also please provide her good diet. Thanks for understanding.

I have fatty liver and I'm taking care of it with duet and healthy lifestyle. I'm also having milk  thistle with dandelion from amway as supplement. By mistake I bought milk thistle plus which have turmeric as addon. Having milk thistle with turmeric will help or go against in case of fatty liver? I heard it can go wrong.

Hi, I had hypothyroidism since 20 year. All time normal with 25mg thronorm. But since last one year fluctuating. If 50mg taken then goes to lower than minimum. If 25mg continue then goes higher than maximum range. I tried by salt change from thyronorm to Eltroxin. But no relief. Please suggest. Regards Yamini

Hi Doctor, I am losing weight and muscle mass since last 1 year as my weight has come down from 75 Kgs to 69.9 Kgs and body become lean and thin. What could be the reason behind this. I am Type 2 diabetic Male, 43 Years age and 176 cms height. My latest blood test results are - BS(F) 360, BS(PP) 369, Hba1c 8.7 and lipid profile normal, ecg normal as on 01/02/2019. Kindly enlighten me with the probability. presently on Humalog Mix 25/75 (32-28-32), Glycomet-500 SR (1-0-1) and Galvusmet 50/500 (1-0-1)

I am having some issues with my throat. Recently I feel difficulty in belching and discomfort in the throat. Hence I want to talk to a doctor.

Is thyroid medication is reason for increase in BP(140/90) for sometimes in a day when I was checked at my office.and it reducing after sometime. I am observing BP after using thyronorme 25mg. I am not using any medications for BP.

What food can diabetic & bp high eat? What diet should diabetics follow? What foodto avoid with diabetes ?
