He has been using semi daonil 2.5 mg and Metformin but his blood sugar levels are -fasting >250 and pp >300  and hba1c 12 What should be done to control the blood sugar level?

Want to ask about weight issue.. losing weight every year and im on medical condition of hypothyroidism since last 8 years. I have never experienced weight gain in my entire life despite only losing weight as hypo thyroid gains weight. Im 21years now and im worrying about my weight as it is now 43kg. My height is 5.2feet. Im wondering if i have any other disease. And i have already consulted so many doctors and done tests time to time.. any suggestion what to do. I dont think hypo thyroid is main culprit.

Extra calcium i e 12.9mg and weight 100kg age 59 parathyroid gland surgery required or not ? Can it be cured by medication. Excess calcium. Through blood test it is determined patient has developed this on the right side of neck. This is present since 4 years. Please suggest.

Facial hair weight gain tested 2 months back and nothing was found doctor suggested for weight loss .I am 28 yrs old and my height is 5'4 and weight is 74 kg , one of the doctor suggested sprinolactone he said you have water retention he asked me to take a course for 1 year for 1 year it was okay but after that I started getting coarse black hair near chest and chin, I don't know what to do now I have gained a lot when I was having that medicine I found some fluctuations in my body weight it wasn't tremendous

I am type 2dm patient, i am taking human actrapid,and insulatard, is it good to take insulin after meal.. pls advice me..
