I have a diabetes and some times my leg feeling cold when put leg on the floor what is the reason for that.

Diabetic diet for control sugar200+? Ankle pain, swelling? What antiinflamatrydrugs helpful as she is a diabetic

Is it recommended to keep a blood glucose or blood sugar checking meter at home? Which meter is good to buy? Or what parameters to see while buying meter to check blood sugar?

Can diabetic with dislipdemia patient have pop corn and bhuna bhutta? Can they have milk with turmeric powder at night?

I'm 28 yrs old, suffering with thyroid problems.. my TSH was detected to be 15.5 in the first week of Jan 2019.. since then I was advised by my doctor to start with thyroxin 25mg.. now after 2 months of daily usage, it has come down to 9.4 My question is whether my TSH will normalize in  the near future by daily consumption of 25mg only or do I need to increase the dosage.. If he's, then by how much.. Thank you in advance
