My blood sugar ratio is fluctuating like 13 days back it was 300 after meal and today when i measured it at fasting 140 and after meal 171 . I am doing excercises and taking food which is good for decreasing sugar level. I want to know what should be the exact ratio of blood sugar (Fasting/Meal) for good health. If there is certain parameter please let me know.

Has gained weight to 85 kg ideally it shud be 65 kg . exercise has not resulted in reduction of weight.
