He has multiple diseases. Suffering from DM, hypertension, recently diagnosed hypothyroidism. After different diagnostic tests doctor told us his serum creatine level is elevated 3.2. creatinine clearance rate is 18 ml/mts. Previously he was using METFORMIN for controlong diabetes but after seeing the test results they stopped it. After continuing the medication hypertension is under control but diabetes is uncontrolled. Plz advice what to do . Can I restart metformin to control diabetes?

I have been thyroid patient for the past 12 years. TSH always comes up in my reports. I always take my medicine regularly. Right now my TSH is 22 and I'm taking thironorm 100. Is this dose right for me? Please suggest me.

I have done thyroid test and anti antibody tpo Which results are anti microsomal (tpo) antibody is 12.33 IU/ml and thyroid results are Free T3 4.7pmol/L Free T4 18.9 pmol/L Sensitive TSH 6.97 microIU/ml I take 75 mcg thyronorm daily for one year So does I increase my dose or keep it like that because doctor recommended me this before 1 year so what should I do to decrease my TSH level because its same as 1 year ago not increased or decreased. Please suggest me proper guidance and what my results say specially Tpo results!!

I have 7.5 tsh .does it mean I have thyroid?? Can his high tsh go away. Can I plan for the kids ?? Can high tsh levels make body weak??

My mom is 48 years old.she has diabetics nearly 10years.she has been taking a tablet Metformin 500mg during morning and has been taking insulin 12ml during night time.she is in sincere diet to reduce the blood sugar level.But the blood sugar is not in control.In empty stomach she has the blood sugar level at 215mg.And she has done the diabetic retinopathy laser treatment.please tell us some suggestions to reduce the blood sugar level.shall we increase the insulin level to 20ml?
