I want know that , she suffered vomitting 23.3.19 to 3.4.19 , on 1.4 bs 590,dka, ketone 80+ , not diagnosed any high bs before , no diabetes heredity... If she may type 1 or no disease only, pancreas needed to recover, ???

Question is not very clear and reports are not attached but this looks like type 1. U should consult a diabetologist along with all reports
