Sir My mother is having diabetes the values are flacuating fasting is 80 but when checking Rbs it will be 300 or above she is on insulin lantus 20unit morning human actrapid 8 unit in afternoon and night and also having isryl 2mg 1-0-1 before food. ,HBA1C 8.25 Is there any solution to be in control at all the time.

The patients on insulin need to titrate doses of insulin. The fluctuations can be minimised by use of newer insulins like degludec and novo rapid. U need to consult a diabetologist along with ur sugar chart
