Is Tadalafil 10 mg damage kidney? As we are planning to conceive the babey so I need to take some time like weekly 4 times.

Ho sir/mam I have diagnosis with 700 triglycerides..can I take omega 3 suppliment, as doctor not advise ..but can I take is the question ❓ and which one is best kindly advise which omega 3 suppliment is good and iand it's necessary or not?

I am having type 2 diabetes and hba1c is 8.5. My doctor gave doponorm 10 tablet after breakfast and sitalbamic tablet after dinner. After started using these tablets I lost around one kg in a week and peeing a lot and motion is also happening for 3 times. I am not doing any vigorous excercise but walking for 40mins. Is it common or is it side-effects of medicine.o mean losing weight is comming with this medicines. Pls suggest

Doctor, I'm noticing a tanned line on my neck like a necklace it is not velvety to touch neither it is so dark, it is not on my neck folds but actually beneath my neck folds. What it can be? Is it something related to metabolism disorder? I'm overweight but I'm 23 years old male

Last year August. I had a bad anxiety and digestive issue. And also have cardiophobia. Always in a constant state of fear having a heart attack and stroke and so many other diseases. Did ecg, echo and Holter last year in August. Did blood test no hypothyroidism, did urine test for diabetes all came clear. Nothing found except for UTI. But recently about 3 weeks I always feel hungry. Tired, nausea and anxious. What could it be.? Anxiety or others disease. I'm not carving sugar but I feel hungry and fatigue. I'm not thirsty or urinate frequently. But I just feel hungry and nauseated at the same time
