Sir I am 20 year old boy my question is from last 1 year I was in severe stress and anxiety for two things actually I was having stress anxiety for health anxiety I was fearing what if I have this disease what if I had this disease all that now it's all right but only last fear I have is as I was in stress and anxiety for last 1-1.5 years can I develop diabetes and high BP because of it I don't have any sort of symptoms of diabetes and bp but as I was in stress so I am asking can stress cause hypertension and diabetes my father have diabetes and hypertension he is 54 year old he have this from 2014. But as my age is 20 only but I was in stress and anxiety for 1-2 years can It cause diabetes and hypertension for me should I go for checkup or leave all tensions please guide me further
