1. GDM Turning Into Type 2 Diabetes It’s not uncommon for gestational diabetes (GDM) to lead to type 2 diabetes later on—especially in young women postpartum. The stress, hormonal shifts, sleep deprivation, and changes in lifestyle can contribute to elevated sugars. 2. Allopathy vs Homeopathy Allopathy (Modern Medicine) • Evidence-based: Proven to control blood sugar and prevent long-term complications (eye, kidney, heart) • Fast-acting: Especially important right now to protect your pancreas and prevent further damage • Flexible: Can be reduced or even stopped later if you manage with lifestyle changes. Homeopathy • Homeopathy works slower and is more individualized, but there’s no strong scientific evidence that it controls blood sugar effectively or reverses diabetes • Can be supportive, but should not replace allopathy in early or uncontrolled diabetes. 3. Emotional Side of Diabetes You’re only 27, and you just had a baby—it’s totally normal to feel restricted, frustrated, even depressed. Here’s the truth: • You don’t have to give up all your favorite foods forever • With guidance, many women reverse or manage their sugar levels naturally over time • Think of your medicine as temporary support, not a life sentence.

Health Tips
Stick to allopathy for now to control sugars and protect your health. If you want, we can add safe homeopathic supplements as complementary, but not as a replacement yet.

Don't take homeopathy medicine. Do regular walk and exercises first and reverse it.
