Hi doctor,
Im 27 week pregnant and did GTT test today.
The glucose levels are as below
8 hours fasting - 102 mg/dl
1 hour after 75 grams glucose- 155mg/dl
2 hours - 126 mg/dl
Fasting sugar is mildly increased. Is this alarming and mean I have gestational diabetes or prediabetic?
Could this be because of my previous day diet ?
Thank you!

You have gestational diabetes. Stick to dietary modification for 1-2 weeks measuring your sugar levels fasting and 1 hour after meals.
If no better will have to start medication.
The risk of you having diabetes after delivery remains high.
