What is a random blood sugar level normal? Which is considered Normal random sugar my is 109. Please advice

Hi..I am 43 years old female.. Got my hb1ac checked 6 months back,it was 5.6 Still to avoid getting diabetes in the future, I was told to avoid eating stuff that causes sudden sugar spikes I eat 10-11 soaked raisins first thing in the morning ..can this lead to sudden spikes and should this be avoided? Also drinking jaggery water first thing in the morning  or eating roti or rice (carbohydrates) for lunch and dinner in the beginning without having salads or soup Can you advise..Both my parents are diabetics What else should I be very careful about? What can I do to Thanks

My fasting sugar is always ranging from 120 to 144mg/dl, while random/pp sugar is always less than the fasting sugar ranging from 108 to 135mg/dl. What is this phenomenon? Is it ok or not?

I am a diabetic since 2011. Have taken jalra for a long time. After that it didn't work well so my doctor prescribed generic 1 and it worked for some time.
