This is regarding my MIL
Can anyone please re write the names of medicine as these medicine prescribed by my MIL dr..at her place as I'm in a different city wanted to know why there are so many medicines given to her. I'm attaching the pic. Is there any need for this much medicine.

Hi her diagnosis is DM with hypertension with Meningioma is it’s correct then please consult a neurologist and discuss properly

She has diabetes hypertension and other ailment also So these medicines are prescribed to her It’s complicated to re write medicine here as it’s unethical Kindly go to nearby doctor or hospital for new prescription as she needs to be examined also as you have not given much detail about her medical history
