Low sugar and dizziness
Hi, We went on a trip for 4 days last week. He didn't have good sleep and proper water intake during those days. After coming back he is feeling dizzy all the time. Checked sugar that time and it was 77 after food. After few days sugar level before food was 81 and after food was 82. Today sugar level after meals is 70. Hba1c is 5.80. Kindly suggest reason

You are either prediabetic or diabetic . Sugar levels are fine . Your issues could be due to exhaustion

Sugar levels are normal. Need proper rest with hydration. If problem persist than visit physician.

HbA1c tells you are pre diabetic. Do Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Avoid oily foods and junk foods Drink plenty of water.

In your condition your sugar levels are constantly low compared to normal level . So you take ors / Glucose then check for sugar . Still if you feel dizzy means it may be travel sickness . Take good rest and one or two days, then persist means consult Doctor.

Check fasting sugar And post meal sugar I.e after 2 hours of taking meal
