I am diabetic and taking amaryl mv1 in the morning and janumet 50/500 post lunch and dinner. My query is can I include semaglutide tablets for sugar control and weighloss and how much dose. ?

Hi , take tab pregazit -M once a day after meal x 10 days. Tab  zinace DP BD after meal x 5 days . Tab. Clavam 625 bd after meal x 5 days .
