I am Hypothyroid patient from past 10 yrs and taking Thyronorm 75 mg. Recently started with fertility treatment and found my TSH levels are 0.26( however the bio ref normal range says 0.35-5.50).Should I continue with Thyronorm 75 only or reduce it? If need to be reduce ,what should be the mg of medicine? Thanks Swati

I'm not a diabetic. I recently took a diabetes test because I had pigmentation in my arm creases and neck. The profile says: Glucose(fasting)                    77 mg/dl Post prandial blood sugar    116 mg/dl Are these levels normal considering I'm not diagnosed with diabetes till now?

I'm suffering from Type 2 Diabetes since past 15 years. Taking medicine for diabetes as per attached prescription. Not able to bring blood sugar in control. Last checked Fasting sugar was 250 and PP was 310. Apart from diabetes I'm also taking medicine Acitrom 1 mg for DVT Deep vein thrombosis which was diagnosed 15+ years ago in left leg. Please suggest how to bring sugar in control.

Hi doctor, Befor 12 days I checked blood sugar randomly,it was 279mg/dl.then I tested for A1C level it was 11%. I am 32 years old weighting 101kg. Height 5'7" I started diet and exercise and lost 4 kg of weight. Today my fasting glucose level is 150 and after breakfast it is 134. I doesn't started medicine till now. Does Am I diabetic? Should I start medicine or not? Is there chance to reverse diabetes? Kindly suggest me. Regards

I am 34 years male. Feeling like i have blood sugar. Need to do a test but i am in chennai and going out this time is not safe considering the pandemic. Could you please tell me if i might have high blood sugar. I lost 10 KG in 4 months. Last sugar test done in 4 months back and it was normal. I have high cholesterol and the total cholesterol level is 278 at 4 months back. Is there any other way to know if i have diabetes. Urination disturbing night time sleep at once ( using AC in the room) regularly. No issue with eye sight. Thirst is normal.
