Is it safe to go office in covid19 forme

I m a diabetes patient and it's under control like fasting 140-150 and after food 140-160. My company asking me to come office with fitness certificate , is it safe for diabetes patient to go outside in this covid-19 situation ? If any diabetes patient is perfectly fit ,is it recommend from the doctor to go outside in covid19? Need your suggestion in this so that I can convey the same message to my company .

2 month ago i chaek my FBS in lab it was 97 after 11 hour fasting,..bt recently i cheak my fbs in home finger prick test after 9 hour it was 106 bt after 10 hour it increases to 115 around...Bt pp & random it was 116-120...I have hypertension...i take medicine daily losarton and cilidipine..now my bp below 140/90...my weight is 76.. height 5ft 6inch..at age 25 ..i am prediabetic or not??what should i do ...i all time anxious about my health..and sugar..i test sugar last one week daily...i exercise daily besis.. Give sir suggestions.i am very much worried about it...no history family DM,

Substitute of medicines.

Hi Doctor I am diabetic from past 4 years.currently I am on following medicine. Janumet 50/500 1-0-1 Jardiance 12.5mg 1-0-0 Sugar levels are controlled. FBS:125 PPBs:150. HBA1C:7.5 My concern is about cost of medicines. They are charging me 4000/- pm I need a replacement for above medicine . Please advise me alternative where I can meet my above readings. Regards Ravi

My Daughter is  DM Type1 Since 5 Years, Now Age is 21Years From 5 Years Regularly On Wosulin 30/70 18units/6units If food changes like eat Millets Blood Sugar levels decreases, takes full Carbohydrates like rice,wheat it will be increases Very Lower Doses,means 5 units morning 2units evening when it was decreased Some doses also maintaining My Question is CPeptide test was done,two days Without insulin fasting blood sample collected thyrocare, result was 1.67ng/ml. Reference range1.10-4.40ng/ml . At the Same day's FBS was 306 Is Her Pancreatin is Producing Insulin? Or Not? If the Pancreatin is Producing Insulin Why the Fasting Blood Sugar  much more (Without insulin) Any more Investigations in this regard Kindly take Deep Interest&Give the Valuable Advise Is Food Changes are any effective?

Neck scan detected nodules in Thyroid

Latest neck ultrasound report: Neck scan detected a few iso to hyperechoic nodules in both lobes of Thyroid larget of size 12X9 mm in right lobe (TIRADS 2-3) A 9X7 mm oval shaped heterogeneously hyperechoic nodule showing increased vascularity with no obvious cystic areas/calcification within seen in left lobe at it's junction with isthmus(TIRADS 4) Both lobes of Thyroid and Isthums is normal in size and show diffusely altered echotexture Above is the excerpt from the ultrasound of neck of my mother. She has been experiencing sticky and frothy saliva from a year almost. We got the test done last year and it read Few hypoechoic nodules in both lobes of Thyroid, largest in left lobe; likely beign(TIRADS-3) Wanted to get an opinion here. Appreciate the help.
