Wound on leg
My father is diabetic and he has some Fungal infection in between leg fingers and image attached wound on Leg. I request please tell me se some medicinal cream for this condition.

Hi
The image attached show leg ulcer with cellulitis,for this he can use
Oint.Nadoxin (Twice daily)
T. Augmentin -Duo 625 (Thrice a day)
Coming to Fungal infection
Use potassium permanganate granules (pinch of granules in 2liters of normal water) to soak the feet, then dry and apply following cream
Ludura Cream
(Luliconazole (1% w/w) application twice daily
Keep feet dry
Next Steps
Please check his blood sugar leaves, vascular potency with the following tests
FBS/PPBS,
Arterial Doppler study fo the lower limb,
Pus culture (if any discharge from the leg ulcer),
KOH wet mount for the fungal infection of the foot
And other routine diabetic investigation as per schedule

Keep feet dry,
clean inter digital areas of the foot with gauze then apply the anti fungal cream
Look for any ulcers in the interdigital areas,
