My fasting glucose 130 pp 250 and after 6hour level is 100/110 rahta hai i am not talking any medisnn what can i do

Yes..Few investigation needs to be done, to know the extent of disease..Get HbA1c done, and send the report.. for non Diabetic it should be below 6

Hello your Fasting and post Prandial sugar level suggest diabetes.. For more complete idea of glycaemic status get one Hb1Ac.. Management of your diabetes needs Diet, physical exercise, if needed medication and screening for complications if any.. Plz consult endocrinologist
