Pain and burning in hand and feets
Hello my mom is diabetic and on insulin from last 5 years and she taking pregablin 75mg with nortryptyline 10 mg and tablet prexep plus 25 but her symptoms doesn't improve and her pain and burning is always there sometimes increases plz suggest what we can do

Hi, Maintaining blood sugar levels in a normal range almost all the time is the main criteria to reduce the neurological symptoms you mentioned. Just taking the medications for those symptoms will not help if blood sugar levels are fluctuating.
Next Steps
Get HbA1c tested to know about the maintenance of blood sugar levels past 3 months. consult a neurologist.
