I had a cup of tea with sugar and took a random blood sugar test after half hour that showed 136. I would like to know if Its Normal or high

I think m facing some kind off harmonal issue . as I dont eat much still m gaining alot of weight and facing hairfall issue also Suggest me any kind off test which can help to get better idea of my current situation

Hello all, I was feeling mild pain in left side chest, as per doctor suggestion done with ecg, echo, liver, kidney test. All are fine. But tsh was .05, due to this I am unable to sleep and chest congestion. Can you pls suggest some best thyroid doctor. Can this be cured or not? I have lost hope in my life because of multiple problems. Kindly request best suggestions.

I am not overweight. I am 22 years old, I'm 5'1 and I weigh about 48-50 kg. I recovered from typhoid fever a month ago and since then I've been having this problem of darkness and thick skin in my skin folds on face/neck and different body parts especially arm folds. I also have a thyroid problem and been using thyronorm 75 mcg for 5 years. I recently got my sugar test and the following are the results : Glucose (Fasting)              77 mg/dl Post Prandial blood sugar    116 mg/dl What all tests should I go through in order to rectify the possible underlying problem?

A Diabetologist/ Endocrinologist & a Gynec from Narendra Mohan hospital evaluated her and suggested: For Thyroid: - Neomercazole 10 mg daily - Ciplar LA 40 mg daily For Prolactin: -Cabgolin 0.25mg for 3 months(twice in a week) *Her Problems:* - Irregular periods sometimes. - She feels lack of energy whole day. - Frequently bowel syndrome, especially after eating sweets, oily and junk food. - High hairloss. - Very low appetite. - Weight reduction (71 to 65 kg) Please suggest does she need any other test or medicines ?

Diabetes is 450 today , what should I do. What medicine should I take. Should I consult a doctor. What should I eat in diet

Hello Doctor my aunt is suffering from diabetes from past 5 yrs age is 54 years she is using 1. Tab zomelis met 50/500 After breakfast 2. Tab gluconorm sr 500 in the night Her glucose level is normal after using the above medicine but now again post lunch sugar level is 216, can she take additional tab gluconorm sr 500 in the afternoon after lunch as due to lock down she is not able to meet her general physician

I have had thyroid problem for 5 years now. I have been taking thyronorm 75 mcg. It has been 1 year since I got my tsh t3 t4 checked. I want to know the right way to get the test done. Should I get it done before or after breakfast, with or without taking the medication for a few days? Please help me out on this.

Hello Doctors My husband k/c of DM n Fissure in ano under medication his Fasting  Blood sugar level is 230 - 250. He is taking Endoformin pg 2 - BD and Tenuvia 30 OD.. Diet is under control but sugar level are not coming down.. He is also having pain in right lumber region of abdomen and burning n pricking pain in anus.. I want to know what should we do n any change in medication needed. Thank you.
