Hello... There could be multiple causes for dizziness, palpitations most common in diabetes setup is hypoglycemia.. Needs to rule out that first... Do sugar monitoring if possible at home...
If sugars normal visit endocrinologist /physician for further workup

Check sugar levels during the episode. It can be hypoglycaemia - low sugar. If sugar level is normal cardiac work up is needed
