I have hyperthyroid and I am under medication with carbimazole and Metomorpol. Also had acid reflux issues so was under Omeprazole for as i didnt see any symptoms after a month stopped taking it. However started getting symptoms after 4months recently (1month back) instead of medicine i was taking apple cider vinegar with warm water in empty stomach. Though situation was better yet had symptoms on and off. So started taking omeprazole from past one week. However from past three days am getting frequent burps and dry mouth though consuming warm water (boiled with cumin and ajwain) often. Occasionally feeling congestive chest or upper abdomen(right side) (feels like trapped gas). Especially in night have been waking up frequently (within 1 to 2hr) due to dry mouth and thirst so as i consume water i get burps and don't fall asleep for short time. When I wake up i feel palpitations (kind of stressed / anxiety).

I am on thyronorm 25mcg tablets for high tsh value. My question is that do I need to consume thyronorm tablet even on the day I am going for thyroid checkup ( blood sample). Does it effect the test reading? What is the correct way?

I am a female and my age is 22. I am diagnosed with hypothyroidism so if I start taking medication for it will my height increase.

Hi, I am on diabetic medicine from last 3 month's. Last week as a rountine checkup, my all reports came normal. Hba1c also came 5.7. but platelets count was slight less it was 1.47 lakhs. Urine routine and culture report also came normal except high puss in urine for that doctor advised me antibiotic with urispas tablet. So any reason for less platelets as liver/ kidney all report came normal.

Hello doctors.. my father is a chronic diabetic patient.. he is on diabetic medications.. his sugar levels on daily basis will be like 200-250. My question is, is his diabetics levels are uncontrolled?. If yes.. he is getting black spots on his legs since an year.. are these spots diabetic related? If no, then wat is the reason?.. and wat cud be done to treat this ?. I have included photos too. Thankyou.

Hi I am planning for the second  pregancy my gynecologist prescribed thyronorn 50mg as she told me to do thyroid test and my tsh is 6.36. I am in dilemma to start the medication. One clarification is the thyroid medication should be taken lifelong. My weight is 65.7 Height is 157.8cm Age 29

Is IBVILDA M (50/1000) as effective as Galvus Met 50/1000 and also is it safe to use ? The doctor had prescribed galvus met or jalra m. please help.

Hello Doctor whoesever come across my question I want to explain about myself in a nut cell am diabetic since past 7/8 years,my diabetes was well.controlled by Janumet 50×500mg /twice,Amaryl 1mg×2,Resuvastatin 10mg /1 night Am Hypothyroid also-Thyronorm 50mg /1empty stomach. Those are my medicines and my sugar level was with in rangenof 6HBA1c. But from last 3/4 months the HBAIc is 8.1 Sugar level is 180/188 -155 average fasting and 250-268 post lunch. Feeling so lathargy loosing mental pease,my right shin musscle having some pain so can't bend or squat because of shin musscle. Breathlessness and other complexion s are also there.feeling so tiered, can't do excercise or more walk . I feel like 70's year. Earlier I used to be so energetic that people never believed that I was in my 50's. One of my consultant doctor advised me to take Janumet 50×500 (2 ) tablets after breakfast together in the morning. Metformin 1mg at night after dinner and Amaryl 2mg in the morning. Please suggest some
