My mother's tsh level has come out as high as 17.691.. what does that mean? She is taking neo- mercazole 20mg for hyperthyroid from a month now. Plz help

I am 22 years old. My weight is 87kgs and height is 161cm. I am suffering from hypothyroidism. Currently taking 37.5mcg medicine. My BP remains on higher side all the time. Thyroid problem from last 7 years. My cholesterol also in higher side. Pus cell 3-5 present in urine. Other body parameters are also high. Hormonal problems such as height not increased, beard not growing properly. Not able to lose weight.

Can I take Renerve tablet in the night? My Blood Sugar is under control. HBA1C is 6.4. Please advice. Thanks

For my mother ,she is getting lower back pain she is not able to walk straight.  . I did xray and blood test. I got report with vitamin d insufficient and para thyroid level is high. Also I got report for bmd test which say osteoporosis.  Please suggest some medication Find the report attached

I am getting black mark around the neck and in arm pits. My height is 5'5" and weight is increasing day by day to 83 kgs now. I think I'm suffering from insulin resistance. I got a blood test report yesterday. And my TSH level is high. Around 11. Though Vitamin D3 is also lower. O consulted for hair fall and Dr. Renu Roy prescribed these blood tests. So I found TSH high and Dr. Roy suggested for Endocrinologist. Can you help please.

Presently taking 62.5 mcg thyronorm, attached the latest reports. I started( Sept 2018)my thyronorm course with 75mcg but from feb 2020 (TSH was 0.942 while taking 75mcg) it has been reduced by endocrinologist to 62.5 mcg. Attached the reports done yesterday and the HBA1c  report too. Kindly suggest is it ok.
