Sir I have all the test done including pth and blood test and ultra sound and urine test . Here are the report results as PTH intact less than 3 and calicium 11.1 plz suggest what to do.

Ok with this picture that is low PTH and high calcium can think about excess vit D consumption or hypercalcemia. So need to evaluate with further test to know the exact cause.
