Dear Dr,
One year I'm facing more health issue
Five months back i have diagonised pth -113, calcium 9.3,ionised calcium - 1.14 in the month of October,
And found small hypoechonic node.
December my pth -102. Ionised calcium -0.89And size remains same as per October scan.
Now pth - 82.3, calcium s 8.86 .
My pth s value s reducing it seems my size of the gland also reduce. Wil it resolve on its own or surgery s the solution
Currently thyriod tablet -12. 5 mg.
Facing pblm: heart palpitation, gerd ..

Calcium and PTH levels are decreasing, and the parathyroid gland size has remained stable. To answer question of whether you need surgery or not, will need more information on your symptoms and copy of the latest blood tests. Without knowing thyroid levels, it is difficult to comment on thyroid tablet dose.
