Reg pth issue
Dear dr,
For past one year I'm having pth problem
Initially my pblm started wth periods, later diagnosed thyroid, then heart palpitation n gerd pblm
In the month of sep pth : 113,calcium : 9.3, ionized calcium : 1.14, tsh-7
We took a USg n nuclear scan found small hypoechonic nodule on the left side.
In the month of dec : pth : 102, calcium: 8.8, ionized calcium : 0.89, tsh -7
Took scan found the size not changed
In the month of Feb : pth : 83, calcium : 8.86,ionized calcium : 0.96
Today result : pth: 105, calcium : 8.7
I yet to meet dr
Currently taking thyronorm 12.5 mg,
Plz advice me why the pth s fluctuating,
Could you give any advice.

PTH fluctuates due to number of factors such as calcium, vitamin D levels and kidney function. Need more information regarding your symptoms to decide the next steps and answer your questions
