I am suffering from mild pcos and my insulin fast is 5.71uu/ml and insulin pp is 53.22 uu/ml Is it normal..?? How to regulate my insulin

Needs assessment. Not entirely sure who asked you to get insulin levels. Treatment depends on symptoms. I am sure you got other blood tests as well.
