Dear Dr., Is it ok to do 14-10 hour intermittent fasting for a diabetic patient with post meal sugar of 180?

I did overnight fasting for this test H/o pcos I want to know if I have risk of thyroid or not Is 5.10 borderline?

I tested sugar fasting and pp. I don't know whether I have sugar or not. I am not taking white sugar for coffee, I used to avoid sweets and biscuits. I have attached my report.

Hello sir, Im dr.prasanna . Im currently preparing for my neet pg so i gained some weight in lockdown . For few weeks i have been noticing purple coloured stretch mark on both the flanks . I have attached the image. I jus have these marks and weight gain( as im mostly in home eating and studing) no other symptoms . Is this purple stiae of cushings or jus normal stretch marks sir. Please guide

In type 1 diabetes Hanymoon phase insulin requirements can be completely off ???( all values are normal fasting - less than 100 , pp is normal and random is less then 90 ) with normal diet and taking sweet many times and with 5 months after diagnosed hba1c goes 4.6 Now 10 months are complete and taking insulin Only for ony 1.5 months ( 20 unit 30/70) premix And all antibody is highly negative ( nill) Is type -1 or type 2 diabetes And symptoms show gradually and weight also decrease very very slowly and with in 10 months 10 kg weight increase please reply
