Your TSH, Ft4 and T3 are normal. TPO is positive. This is an antibody that attacks your thyroid gland and can increase risk of developing hypothyroidism/ under active thyroid in the future. At this time since thyroid tests are normal you don’t need medicines. However thyroid tests TSH and Free T4 need to monitored every 4- 6 months to assess for development of hypothyroidism. Also if you plan pregnancy, then it’s recommended that you check thyroid tests before conceiving.
