My T3 & T4 are coming normal but TSH is high 6.32 ulU/ml. Is medication required or not. Kindly suggest.

My brother is 25 years old, he has height 5'3" whish is less. He is worried about his height. What should he do ? He said he took some pills also in childhood after prescribed by some doctor.
