I am 32 old female.recently I am facing facial hair problem over my face.today I went for blood test for testosterone.level is 1.91ng/ml.is it too high or is this adjustable range with diet.we are planning to conceive in this month.shall we go for planning this month.how should I reduce my testosterone levels without medication.please help.shall we plan this month.?

Diabetes is cure in early case???and how to confirm it, diabetes is cure or not???please explain in detail

My mother (age: 66) is diagnosed with Diabetes. She is also suffering from  Osteoporosis (knee) since the last 10 years. If she walks for more than 10 minutes, she has an unbearable pain in her knees and legs. Also she cannot climb stairs. In such a situation, how can we enable her to exercise and control her sugar levels? Is exercise important? What treatments can we do for her? Please advise.

My age is 29 male, I have gone through both testosterone test (Total & free) but my prolactin test is showing 34 ng/ml. Actually, I have conducted the test immediately after waking up in morning. Is there any problem? & should I go for another test? Please help.

I am having constipation from past 6 months. 2 weeks ago i got myself diagnosed with thyroid and also done a consultation with a doctor on practo. My TSH came 20.48 which was way higher than Normal. Doctor prescribed me Thyronorm 50 Tablet. After having tablet each day in morning, I felt right after few days but suddenly from past 3 days my constipation symptoms came back. Should I increase the dose of Thyronorm or what ?

How to confirm is my diabetes cure, diagnosed with hba1c 13.1 and taking insulin only one month and after five month my hba1c is only 4.6 with near normal diet and occasionally taking sweet and outside food ,milk and milk products also , and more than 6.5+kg weight increase in just 5 month My height is 5.7 and previous weight is 80+ and extremely sedentary life style and some stress aslo ( not doing any exercise from many years) And all antibody test are negative ( or in its minimum value)
