Iam non diabetic , iam recently checked my sugars. FBS 102 PPBS 135 after 2 hrs of breakfast. Hba1c 4.8 Mean plasma glucose 91. Sugars are ok ? Which test is accurate that is rely on? How often check my sugars ? Pls suggest. Regards.

But last week when we took blood test his sugar level is very high 376 and also had Bp of 180/100..
