I have DM type 2 taking voglibose 0.2+Metformin 750mg+glimeperide 2mg with breakfast & Vildagliptin 50+ Metformin 500 with dinner, my sugar Fasting 130,PP 230,HbA1c 7.7 (27/12/2020). My BP 160/90 taking telmisartan 80+ chorthalidine 6.25 walking apprx 5km /day pls suggest appreciate minimum medicines to control . Regard

Before meals tht means before  post lunch undergone test glucose level was 130 what does it means.aftr post lunch result was 84..I am unable to diagonise

My TSH was 5.04 and prolactin-65 on sep 2020 then TSH-4.80 and prolactin-60 on Jan 2021.I have strong history of thyroid patients from my mother side.i am facing irregular period since June 2020. Should I start a thyroid medication? I have not wearing bra since lockdown so could it be the reason of high prolactin and should I start wearing 24 hours?

Hello Dr My recent reports declare that my HbA1c is 5.7% and MBG is 125. Pl suggest if this is normal or should I do something to bring it down?

My husband checked diabetic test. His values on Yesterday Fasting -109 1.5 hrs after meal- 141. Today Fasting -107 2 hrs after meal- 102 Does he need doctor consultation. Is it a Prediabetes??? Give suggestions

My Sugar Fasting 130 , PP 230 and Hb1AC -7. 7 (done on 28 December 2020) BP 150/90 Walk 5 km daily. Pls advise according to control my sugar with minimum medicine. Regards

Age : 14 / weight: 60 kg/ height : 165.5 cm My daughter's thyroid test values Tsh 5.68 Free t3: 3.63 Free t4: 1.19 Symptoms: Brittle nails sluggishness Irritability She has had slightly elevated or borderline tsh for the last 5 years...has not been under medication though. Pls advise if any treatment is needed.

Hello sir Generally my mother don't have diabetis her age 48 Today we booked for body checkup test like Lipid profile CBC T3 t4 tsh Cue Fbs LFT Renal kidney function basic (7) The tab technician came for sample collection and advised that HBA1c also can do if better Diabetic full report So my concern is what is HBA1c is it better than FBS RBS.. pls tell My mother feels dizzyness while sleep since 10 days hence done above tests  if any more required pls tell tests and advice any tab if possible Thanks

Hello sir/mam, Please Recommend lab tests for diabetes and thyroid. My family has history of diabetes and thyroid, I did full body check up 15 months ago, nothing major came up but doctor recommended thyroid profile after one week but I didn't go through it. Thanks Nitesh

Feeling very tired, swelling in legs and face, pain in back, pale face. I'm on medication of thyroxin 12.5 mg. I have gained 5 kg in last 26 or 27 days.
