The TSH goal prior to attempting pregnancy and dying first 2 trimesters of pregnancy is less than 2.5. This is to improve chances of conceiving, optimizing baby’s growth, IQ development and prevent high blood pressure in pregnancy. Therefore, based on you weight symptoms and cause of hypothyroidism, your thyronorm dose needs to be adjusted.
