Low RBC count

Hello, My mother is having low haemoglobin and low RBC count also MCV mch count is high , her iron binding capacity is however normal , she doesn't show any symptoms of any type of illness but she feels fatigued some times she is 59 right now , can someone suggest how to cure rbc count and low haemoglobin level ?? She is diabetic taking diapride m2 forte and tenepride 20 medicine also taking olmat40 for blood pressure and thyroxin 100mg for thyroid

Periods 3 weeks late

In my last cycle i took an ipill , one week after which i got my periods which were for a lesser duration than normal. This month i am 3 weeks late for my periods. 5-6 days back i also took a pregnacy test which was negative. What can be this reason for this delay?

Is steroid induced diabetes a permanent one??? Will I have to take medicines throughout my life?? I had been given steroid injections and methyl prednosoline during covid treatment in hospital and thereby hba1c came to 12.3.After taking janumet and metformin for 2 months as prescribed by doctor my blood guclose level is fasting :117 pp:159 hba1c:8 Will i have to take medicines through out my life or can i go back to my normal life without mefication?
