Hi doctor my mother is having sugar and bp sugar fasting is 160 and bp 130 can she take covid vaccine? please suggest

Fasting sugar is high,please report both the top and bottom numbers for BP. She is at risk for COVID, due to uncontrolled diabetes. Therefore it’s recommended that she receive the vaccine as soon as possible. However , her sugars need to be better controlled.
