Dear Doctor , What are the initial symptoms for hypothyroidism with TSH levels of 29 ? And progression symptoms we should be afraid of for increased or hypothyroidism ??

TSH of 29 confirms hypothyroidism. When level is over 10, irrespective of symptoms, thyroid medicine is indicated to prevent high cholesterol levels and slow heart rate. Symptoms of hypothyroidism are fatigue, weight gain, constipation, cold intolerance, dry skin and hair loss You also need to check thyroid antibodies to find cause of under active thyroid
