I have checked blood sugar in fasting Thorugh guluco meter get 103 and after 2 hours of breakfast get 163
Pls suggest my blood sugar is borderline

Your fasting sugar and glucose 2 hrs after meals is on higher side. This gives a snap shot of sugars and it’s not adequate or accurate to diagnose prediabetes or diabetes
HbA1C is gold standard to diagnose diabetes and it reflects 3 month average glucose control.
Next Steps
Check HbA1C fasting glucose and fasting insulin level in lab with post meal glucose in the lab ( 2 hrs post breakfast or lunch) and consult online to discuss management and test results

Going by the above blood reports ,it indicates you are in the pre Diabetic state.
You need to undergo HbA1c which is a better test to diagnose diabetes mellitus .
