Hi my dads reading of diabetes is 7 in fasting hbac1 . Wanted to know will eating sugar free pellets help in controlling ? We will be controlling diet but just wanted to know on sugar free pellets do they work if want to consume little sweets

Hi sir I am diabetic for last 3 years.I do not take medicine regularly. generally my random sugar level is 150+ for fasting and 225+ when I did not take medicine. However when I take medicine it is observed  as 120 for fasting and approx 150 I was regular doing walking in the past but in these days it is not continuous. Pls advices

My latest readings are as below: FBS - 92 PPBS - 117 SERUM CREATININE- 0.94 HBA1C-7.2 ESTIMATED AVG GLUCOSE-160 Please let me whether I can continue the same medicine or not. Hi I am having minor throat issues like cough and itching so I am taking azithromycin after dinner for last 3 days as a precaution and now my blood sugars are getting high even though I am following the same diet and insulin doses as everyday. Can it be because of antibiotics or should I get tested?

One of my aunt diabetes level is suddenly rose to 500 when she is a bit sick. She was having a bit fever and cough due to which she is not walking much also. Currently she is taking ARIM 7XR 10 & (2 times ) &  DYNAGLIPTM (1 in a day). What should I do to lower it down to 200 as earlier it used to be. We cannot give her insulin as she lives in a village and won't be to able to take it daily. We were somehow managing it with medicines. Kindly help. In these times hospital is also not a good option

Doctor my mother have low hemoglobin level and currently she have anemia problem, yesterday she tested positive in covid-19, What I do , should I admit in hospital or stay in home isolation.?

I am 32 year old male. I had hyperthyroidism in 2018 and it went away after a month of medication. Since March 2020 I feel fatigued and cold during day, at times I feel feverish. I don't get much physical pain or headache etc as I began to excercise in July 2020 with long distance running etc. Since Dec 2020 I started having dizzi spells of 3-4 seconds once in a week or 2 weeks while working or while passing stools or sometimes during a long walk. I got my blood tests done. -2.48) CBC - all within range Blood Sugar fasting - 110 Blood Sugar PP - 100 Echo and TMT test all fine with 81% target heart rate achieved. Free T3 Serum - 3.09 pg/ml (normal range 1.7-4) Free T4 Serum - 1.29 ng/dl (normal range .77 TSH - 7.2 uU/ml Should I go for medication or let it heal naturally?
