Age: 55 Female Diabetic patient Sugar level: March- 92 before & 120 after breakfast April- 135 before & 176 after breakfast Took 1st dose of covid vaccination in March, now is it recommendable to take the 2nd dose when the sugar level has increased?

She was having diabetes before CABG, CABG done 3.5 years back with insulin management and post surgery also insulin continues till 1/2 month and after that her diabetes was in good control with the medications till now but sudden her sugar readings got higher as fasting stsrts from 140 and sometimes 167 and PP goes upto 180 with Hb1ac 8.1 ...Current diabetes medication along with other medicines(all medicines mentioned in profile details) Trajenta duo 2.5/500 once daily after breakfast and glycomet 250 once daily after night dinner... Can we add one more dose of glycomet 250 means glycomet 250 2 times and trajenta duo once daily?? Pls advise

My mother is diabetic since last 10 year and now  her diabetes is uncontrol after taking medicine on time

Hello doctor, My mother and my spouse have been tested positive and with in a week my father (67)is also tested positive diabetic with high BP . Yesterday we went for sugar test and it showed as 600 and now 400 .we are a bit worried how to handle this what should be the next process and what kind of tests needs to be done ? He is under isolation and under medication for covid prescribed my local doctors we are monitoring bp, sugar and oxygen levels (92-94)for every 2 hours and insulin is also being given  .I request you to guide us and help us to get the right treatment.

My father is a diabetic patient and he have around 200 glucose level. He is not having  much stronger body. Should he need to take the vaccine or not at this condition.

Want treatment for hypothyroidism and lost wt of 6kg during April-May'2020. There is also hair loss.

I am trying for a baby and got my thyroid test done. My T3 total 1.2, T4 Total 7.10 and TSH is 7.96. I had two miscarriages last year. In my test only my TSH is showing higher. Please advise a medication.
