Diabetes + covid positive

Hello doctor, My mother and my spouse have been tested positive and with in a week my father (67)is also tested positive diabetic with high BP . Yesterday we went for sugar test and it showed as 600 and now 400 .we are a bit worried how to handle this what should be the next process and what kind of tests needs to be done ? He is under isolation and under medication for covid prescribed my local doctors we are monitoring bp, sugar and oxygen levels (92-94)for every 2 hours and insulin is also being given  .I request you to guide us and help us to get the right treatment.

I am trying for a baby and got my thyroid test done. My T3 total 1.2, T4 Total 7.10 and TSH is 7.96. I had two miscarriages last year. In my test only my TSH is showing higher. Please advise a medication.

Hypothyroidism diet

I have my tsh level beween 4-5 and i am taking thyrox 25mcg.i am keeping my weight under control.but, i got to know that people with hypothyroidism should stop eating wheat,oats,ragi, cabbage and broccoli.should i really avoid them because i eat wheat everyday and other food items frequently.i have low iodine levels is that because of those foods?how can i increase my iodine levels?
