Today my fasting is 139 & pp 289 Epithelial cell 8-10 Pus cells 2-4 What should I do ? I also taken low carb diet ..?

I need urgent suggestions ... My father Bp has raised to very high level. What should we do at this time immediately.. Please tell we can't move to doctor also because everything is shut...please urgently need please do something as fast as you can

Can we use refined oil or cold pressed oil If cold pressed oil is good which in that ground nut ,sesame or sunflower oil ...does ground nut oil contain more cholesterol and not good for people with high cholesterol ? So which oil would u suggest

I took methylprednisolone for covid treatment. Now stopped, usage of methylprednisolone increase sugar levels. Do I need to worry or it will decrease automatically

My father who is 66 year-old, 10 days before he was peeing more often (every half an hour) we ignored thinking it's normal since we installed AC in his room recently. Later last Monday he got his 2nd dose of covieshield vaccine post that he was having weakness/tiredness in his body which is post vaccine side effects so we gave good amount of fluids juise/ glucon d but still he was not recovering so on Friday we checked his blood sugar lever at home it came 556 ( apparently which is quite high) Now we are consulting with a doctor locally some test were prescribed by him and zavamet 50/500 But still he is not feeling any better. What should we do next? Is it due to vaccine by any chance ? PS he is on BP medication already

My father is having high sugar levels yesterday night it was 365 this morning it was 236 . He is also tested positive for covid. He is on medrol right now. How can he control the sugar levels.

I am Thyronorm 50 and TSH is 3.2. even though my TSH is under control I feel lethargic. Even when I am doing workout feel tired easily and seems to have no further interest to continue. Also I walk min 5 kms everyday and eat healthy take Multivitamin. Still terribly feel lethargic. Please suggest

Hello sir My father age 54 he was taking below tablets for bp and sugar. .last month his rbs 230 Today fbs 160 rbs 360 Ctd at 12.5mg Glimiprime m2 he using . Can u change any tablet pls and my father dosent have patience he will not lesson anything if we suggest also We will irate him becoz sometime in a week 2 days times he will drink alcohol 300 ml.. May I know alcohol increases sugar or not pls clarify me ... And since 15 days he was eating dates becoz general he will not eat and friuts also he not interested becoz of Ramzan we eat dates at home hence was also eating per day around 3 to 4 dates Pls advice about alcohol and dates Thanks team doctors

K/c/o DM-2 since 7 yrs, recently infected with pneumonia & sugar was uncontrolled , discharged from hospital on 27/04/21 after which medications are prescribed- methylprednisolone 16mg o.d , rivroxaban20mg b.d. , and rapid insulin lispro 28u B/L and 22u B/D and continuing metformin 1000mg + vildagliptin now blood sugar reached normal range ( fasting - 127mg/dl and pre meal- 157mg/dl ) should we continue insulin ? If yes how much dose? How should we decide dose?
