Hello Dr. I recently recovered from covid and 25 days was admitted in hospital and now further resting at home due to some weakness not too much but still. Adding to this I do came up with some sugar level up which are as follows for last 5 days Morning empty stomach -150/116/103/152/86(today morning 86) 2 hrs after breakfast -332/181/140/194/176 2 hrs after lunch -298/296/238/178 2 hrs after dinner - 352/276/254/222 I am taking Glycinorm M40 tablets 1/2 before breakfast and dinner daily and insulin take of 20 units. Shall I continue the same or only tablets now or both Rest following proper diet and taking calcium /zinc/vitamins tablets. Kindly consult .

Hello Glycemia  both fasting and prandial were in decreasing trend which is a good sign. Stress itself can raise sugar levels.. Recent sugars are in optimal range.. So continue same medications whatever u r using. Diet modification, physical activity would help.
